What should the room reveal?
Privacy depends on the fabric and lighting on both sides of the window. A daytime view does not guarantee privacy after dark.
How dark should it become?
Blackout fabric blocks light through the textile. Mounting, edge gaps and additional treatments determine how dark the room becomes.

Can I layer roller shades with drapery?
Yes. A roller shade can manage daylight or darkening while drapery adds another layer of privacy and texture. We plan fabric, mounting, tracks and clearances together.
Do motorized shades need new wiring?
Some systems use wired power; battery-powered options may suit other installations. Size, fabric, access and maintenance preferences help determine the right approach.
Can you help choose fabrics and finishes?
We can discuss the look, view and privacy you want and work through the options for the room. Physical samples are useful because light and screens affect how a fabric appears.
