PRIVACY

Your Information.

Dox Electronics LLC uses the information you share with us to answer questions, discuss your project and provide our services.

When You Contact Us

Our form asks for your name, project city and state, preferred response method, and the phone number or email address needed to reply. If you request a call, you can also choose a preferred time window and time zone. Service interests and project details are optional.

We use these details to review your inquiry and follow up by call, email or text as requested. Submitting an inquiry does not subscribe you to marketing emails or automated promotional texts. Text requests are handled personally by our team.

How Information Is Handled

Netlify hosts this website and processes the contact form. Accepted submissions are stored in our Netlify account, and notification emails are sent privately to the Dox team. We use Google Workspace for business email. These services process information needed to host the website, deliver messages and support our correspondence with you.

Our business phone service, Grasshopper, routes calls to our team and maintains call logs. If you leave a voicemail, it is stored by that service so we can respond. Call recording is not enabled.

Website Measurement

We currently use no Google Analytics tags or advertising trackers on this website. Our hosting provider processes technical request information, such as IP addresses, to operate and protect the website and help prevent spam.

Keeping and Updating Information

We keep inquiry and correspondence records as needed to respond, manage projects, maintain business records and meet applicable obligations. Access is limited to the people and service providers involved in those activities.

To ask about information you have shared with us, request a correction or deletion, or change how we contact you, email office@doxelectronics.com. We may need to confirm your identity before handling a request, and some records may need to be retained for ongoing work or applicable obligations.

We will update this page when our website or information practices change.
